Why This South Florida Stop Is Worth Watching
The Sunrise date is part of an expansion of Duff’s the lucky me tour, announced after what organizers described as strong fan demand. For South Florida fans, the pairing with Dashboard Confessional gives the arena date a distinctly early-2000s pop and alternative-rock crossover.
It is also a notable arena return for Duff, whose music career has remained closely tied to the pop culture of that era. The 2027 tour gives longtime fans a chance to hear that catalog in a full-scale arena setting rather than a smaller nostalgia-focused event.
Dashboard Confessional Joins the Sunrise Show
Amerant Bank Arena specifically lists Dashboard Confessional as the special guest for the Sunrise performance. That makes the supporting act part of the appeal of this particular tour stop rather than simply a generic opener attached to every date.
Exact set times have not been announced by the venue. Fans planning around the opening performance should check the official event listing closer to October 1 rather than assuming a start time for either artist.
What to Know About Tickets
General ticket sales began October 2, 2026 following several presales. Amerant Bank Arena identifies SeatGeek as its official ticketing partner, so fans comparing listings should start with the arena’s official event page before considering resale options.
Because the concert is nearly a year away, ticket inventory and pricing can change significantly. The most useful approach is to verify the section, row and total checkout price before buying rather than comparing only the initial advertised price.
